Hungama TV is an Indian pay television channel aimed at children. Originally a subsidiary of UTV Software Communications launched on 26 September 2004,[2] the channel was sold to Disney in 2006.[3] Disney then bought UTV in 2011, thus reuniting UTV and Hungama TV under the same ownership. The channel is now an operating unit of Star India.
